DOMESTIC SHIPPING

To ensure your order arrives safely, someone must be home to accept the delivery. If no one is available, your order will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post location or require re-delivery by our courier service, which must be arranged by you.

We offer international shipping. Please note that returns are not accepted for international orders.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. All items are thoroughly checked before being shipped and packaged with care.

Please note: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or opened, ensure this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Shoes cannot be returned if worn.
• Size exchanges are accepted on non-custom items.
• Returns for store credit are accepted, with return shipping at the customer’s expense.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify info@itsafad.com in writing within 3 business days of receipt. You will be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

IT’S A FAD. by Sara Leonardi reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the issue does not meet our return criteria.

Once we receive the returned item for inspection, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of sending a replacement item is also at the customer’s expense.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Flabelous Care

Keep shoes dry and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

Store in the dust bag or box, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Clean gently with a soft brush or cloth. Do not soak or use harsh cleaners.

Velvet/Fabric: Spot clean only with a lightly damp cloth. Avoid rubbing on rough surfaces.

Leather Details: Condition occasionally with a mild leather cream to maintain softness.

Allow shoes to air out between wears to retain shape and freshness.
