The Gypsy Top has a full sleeve, high neck cropped length top. It perfectly complements the tiered full skirt, each skirt was individually cut to perfectly align the print. IT’S A FAD. prides itself in making unique pieces in small batches to create a capsule collection: 

 The silky modal fabric is realistic handcrafted ajrakh using natural dyes. This is a limited collection of only 8 sets. The fabric is block printed by hand using traditional silk dying methods. Both the fabric and method are sustainably and ethically made.  
Ajrakh is a labour-intensive art that requires patience, diligence and vision – a single piece will take up to three weeks to complete.  To achieve this around 14 different stages of resist-printing and dyeing. Twenty or more engraving blocks are utilised in the process. In between each stage,  the fabric is washed, thoroughly beaten to remove excess dye and soften the fibres, and then laid out to dry in preparation for the next step.
