Shipping & Returns
We want to make sure your goods arrive safely, therefore someone will need to be home to accept the order. In the event that someone is not home, your order will be directed to either your nearest Australia Post or need to be re-delivered by our Courier Service organised by you.
- Delivery times are 3-10 business days within Australia.
- Some small items will be shipped via regular post.
- Cost is determined by weight/volumetric weight.
- All larger items will be sent via our chosen courier service.

We do offer international shipping. Please note, no returns on international postage.

When purchasing a wearable artwork from It's A Fad, we would like to ensure that you feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. It's A Fad Designer Sara Leonardi-McGrath makes unique one of a kind pieces that are all handmade.
Due to the nature of handmade tie dye pieces, variances are a part of the nature of the art form. These details are a part of each textiles unique beauty, character and value. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with extra care.
** Please note: If you receive a package which is visibly damaged or opened, please insist that this be noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Custom orders can not be returned.

- you can return items for a store credit, return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
In the unlikely situation where you have received a faulty/damaged item or not what you ordered, please advise so in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of the receipt date. You will be entitled to a refund or exchange within 10 days of the receipt date. It's A Fad reserves the right to not accept a return or exchange if this is not deemed to be the case. Once we have received the faulty item for further inspection we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your original payment method.
All shipping costs to return the item to It's A Fad are to be paid in full by the customer. The cost of sending a replacement is also at the customer’s expense.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
