RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. All items are thoroughly checked before being shipped and packaged with care but if something is damaged you are entitled to a return as per Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds are available on full priced items. To start a return, email: returns@itsafad.com with your name, order number and issue.
Excludes Final Sale items, one-off items, shoes & accessories.
Please note: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or opened, ensure this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
- Custom orders cannot be returned.
- Size exchanges are accepted on non-custom items.
- Returns for store credit and exchanges are accepted, with return shipping at the customer’s expense.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, email us within 3 business days of receipt. You will be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. IT’S A FAD. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the issue does not meet our return criteria.
Once we receive the returned item for inspection, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of sending a replacement item is also at the customer’s expense.
